Small size is definitely a small for a woman. I wear small 5’ 6” 115 # but wish I had ordered a Medium because I dont wear a tight. Scrawny man might do a small.

This is the 2nd t-shirt I have purchased from your store. The quality of the shirt itself is very nice. That said, I was a little disappointed with the graphic. The tattoos appear very faded. Can barely make out the 2 revolvers in his jeans and the fjb wrist band is a bit fuzzy.
